We want you to be happy! Need a refund? Simple. Our return policy is 30 days.
We gladly accept returns received by our warehouse within 30 days of your purchase as long as the items are in original condition (unworn/unused and with tags).
Sale items are considered final and cannot be returned.
Items purchased at www.andwest.com must be returned through the website. Items purchased on www.andwest.com can not be returned at any of our wholesale locations.
Returns received at our warehouse within 30 days of purchase will be credited to your original form of payment. Please allow up to ten business days for your credit to process.
A return shipping fee of $7.00 will be deducted from your refund when a prepaid USPS return label is issued by AndWest. If it's for a defective item or we made a mistake, the fee will be waived.
If using your own shipping method we strongly recommend that you ship your package using a trackable shipping method. Please keep your tracking information until the return process is complete. We will require this information if you need to contact us regarding your return.
Purchases made November 1st through December 30th have an extended return period of 60 days from the purchase date. All other terms and conditions of our Return and Exchange Policy apply.

1. To start your return process please fill out the contact form. Please include your order number and reason for return in the Message field. 2. Once we receive your form we will contact you within 2-3 business days with instructions for your return. 3. Please ensure that products are in the same condition as when you received them (unworn/unused with original tags). 4. Once your return is received, a credit will be made in the original form of payment. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the original shipping charges.
